Topaz

Topaz is a German construction yacht, the responsible company is Lürssen in Bremen, the same company who builds Azzam which I will present here in a while. The interior design is the field of Terence Disdale Design and exterior by Tim Heywood.

Released in May 2012, the estimated cost is 400 million of euros. The structure is in aluminum and it had 8 floors. The current owner is remaining in secret.

Inside, perks are Jacuzzi, elevator, Helicopter Landing Pad, Swimming Pool, Tender Garage, Swimming Platform, Air Conditioning, Underwater Lights. Also on board there is fitness hall, cinema and large conference room.

Al Said

This 155 meters yacht, made in 2007 by Lürssen is owned by the moment by the Sultan Qaboos of Oman. When he was released, it was the second largest yacht. It is currently the world’s highest displacement super-yacht  (15,850 tons).

Dubai

Owned by Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Dubai is the name of the yacht lunch in 2006. The third position is given to it, because its 162 meters. Designed by Andrew Winch, with interior design by Platinum Yachts, it cost 300 M US$.

Dubai’s luxurious interior design combine strong colors with fine detailed handmade mosaics. A spectacular staircase creates Dubai’s showpiece. Dubai’s offer numerous VIP and guest suites, and a crew area to accommodate 115 people including crew and guest staff.

Counting totally with seven decks, Dubai has a wealth of sunbathing areas; a striking mosaic swimming pool and several Jacuzzis. It can accommodate a helicopter.

Motor yacht Eclipse, completed at the end of 2010 at the Blohm + Voss Hamburg shipyard, features interiors by Terence Disdale Design and is the world’s second largest super yacht with 162 meters.

The construction of this yacht was remaining in secret because they were doing a monster with an unusual size. That’s why it caused so much speculation and rumors in the international press before its release.

You can found inside three-man leisure submarine, two swimming pools, one of which is 16-metres long with an adjustable depth feature that allows it to be converted into a dance floor. Other extras include an exterior tenders as well as accommodation for three helicopters.

There he goes, 180 meters, the world largest yacht in the world, dethroning Eclipse built by Lürssen.

As you must think, in this yacht you can find the newest technology existing and innovating design to give it the capacity to travel as well than others yachts. As well as being the largest yacht in the world at an unprecedented 180 metres and still being able to reach top speeds of over 30 knots, she also adds another record in regards to building time having spent a mere three years in build following one year of engineering.
