Quite recently, the 125-foot Skyler mega yacht was officially presented by leading Italian yacht builder, Benetti Yachts. Skyler became the new vessel of Benetti’s Fast line of yachts and it has the industry impressed.
Characterized by a carbon fiber superstructure, this beauty is powered by the technologically advanced AZP C65 propulsion system produced by Rolls-Royce. It helps the yacht operate more efficiently in matters like speeding or docking. This system is linked to burly 2,450 hp MTU 16V 2000M96L diesels. Moreover and due to its noise reduction element, Skyler has been honored with a RINA Comfort Class classification.

The yacht is comprised of several exterior areas specially designed for entertainment purposes. These include a beach area installed with its own bar, a garage that can store a tender and two PWC’s. More stunning features are a handcrafted teak dining table as well as oversized sunpads and a pool on the flying bridge, and the sundeck has a bar, comfortable sofas and a dining area.
The striking yacht can accommodate up to ten guests in five staterooms. Her interior was designed by Redman Whiteley Dixon, who joined forces with Benetti’s design team. Their main goal was to create a simple contemporary feel with high-gloss ebony, Thai wood and Tanganyika frisé wood. Materials like leather and nickel accents were also incorporated in order to boast a more masculine feel.
As a whole, this vessel is one that represents Benetti’s skill perfectly not only performance wise but also due to her sophisticated interiors and entertaining areas.
