The prestigious biennial ADI Compasso d’Oro Award was established back in 1954 and is nowadays regarded as one of the oldest and most influential international design awards in the world. One of the winners of the 25th edition was the extraordinary Tango sailing yacht by world leader when it comes to yacht innovation, Wally Yachts! This vessel is the fourth unit of Wallycento.
“Tango turned out exactly how we envisaged her when we started developing the project: super sleek lines and aggressive overall appeal conveying her high-performance DNA.” proudly says Luca Bassani, Wally President, as he continues, “The ADI Honorable mention validates the design choices that generated this superyacht, while confirming our brand hallmarks that made Wally a reference in the design world”.
This also marks the fourth time that Wally has been included in the winning listings of ADI Compasso d’Ora, including vessels like the Tiketitoo, Ryokan 2 and Black Sails.
“Tango is a further step forward in the evolution of the high-performance superyachts. She successfully combines superior performance with style resulting fast and beautiful. Tango’s super sleek lines and aggressive overall appeal convey her high-performance DNA.”
The layout was optimised by an incredible engineering and naval architecture that reduced the structural weight while also improving the hull stiffness, among other aspects. This extremely versatile vessel can accommodate up to six guests and features sporty and chic interiors.
