Today we’re venturing inside the 74-meter superyacht Elandess from Abeking & Rasmussen, who recently won four awards at the 2019 BOAT International Design & Innovation Awards that was held in Cortina d’Ampezzo.
This wonderful vessel won the Neptune statue in the following categories: “Best Exterior Styling Motor Yachts 60m and above”, “Best Interior Design Motor Yachts 500 GT and above”, “Best General Arrangement & Deck Design” and also “Best Lifestyle Feature Design”. One of her strongest features is the fact that this vessel was built to receive both informal family time and entertaining on social occasions.

One of her strongest features is her Neptune Lounge below the waterline. Sitting in this lounge allows the viewer to get a one of a kind view on both the surface and underwater, which is a great chance for the viewer to see the best of two worlds.
Another relevant point in Elandess was her swimming pool located at the sundeck. As a matter of fact, it was her sundeck which determined the awards she managed to win in this competition.
The interior design of this vessel is also another factor that left the judges with their mouths opened in astonishment. Not only because of the color palette inside, but also thanks to the impressive selection of eclectic artwork and one-of-a-kind furniture pieces in the decoration and composition of many rooms, especially seen in their dining room.
