Counting with more than 20 years of experience, the renowned Italian house, FM Architettura d’interni is managed by Francesca Muzion and Maria Silvia Orlandini, and it is best known for doing not only hospitality projects but also refitting yacht interiors, such as the 52m Amore Mio II or more recently the MY 77M yacht concept. Nevertheless, whether they work on chic private residences, luxury hotels and superyachts, they always push the boundaries.
In regards to their approach to designing yacht interiors and what their future will be like, the dynamic duo basis on their work on mainly four factors, which are creating multi-functioning spaces, connectivity, transformative abilities and overall emotional appeal.

Following a “philosophy of not what we design, but why we design,” FM Architettura is able to create interiors that have a narrative and visuality to them, like the extraordinary yacht concept, MY 77M, thus creating something really special, comfortable, and livable.
“Each project requires its own process for design. This is what we love about what we do, it is never the same. But, as with most professions, there has always been a general traditional pattern and rhythm to the space allocation onboard.”
