Baglietto and Hot Lab joined forces to create two stunning V-Line luxury yachts, inspired by the vintage concept of automobiles. The extraordinary vessels were presented at this year’s edition of the prestigious Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show.
Following the quintessential horizontal lining recognized in Baglietto’s creations, the Milan-based studio, Hot Lab designed a 38m and a 41m yacht concepts, using a wide variety of styles and imagery. One of the most evident sources of inspiration was the futuristic Stratos Zero car by Bertone, especially in the shape of the superstructure that forms the sundeck.

The yachts are characterized by shiny surfaces and a generous use of glass which meet the trends of the trends of modern architecture. Nevertheless, the featured that completely stands out is the aggressive vertical bow, a trademark of the V-Line series of yachts.
“The result is a product that boasts modern and appealing lines, a yacht that oozes Italian style and wisely reinterprets the well-known character and personality of Baglietto,” disclosed Antonio Romano, a talented designer from Hot Lab Studio.
The 38m project is the smallest vessel from the series, however, her particular amenities truly level the plain field. She features a full-beam master suite, an extensive sun deck with sunbathing and lounging areas, as well as a swimming platform with plenty of storage space
The 41m vessel also presents wide lounging and sunbathing areas. Thanks to large-scale windows, the dining room on the main deck can be effortlessly converted into an al-fresco area. The full-beam master suite provides all the privacy one needs and is completed with a dressing room, an office, and a private terrace.
