Vila Vita Parc Resort & Spa, located in Portugal, just added a little something to its offer of spa services: we’re talking about the launch of Spa by Sisley, which marks the end of the renovation of the resort. This ultra-modern 1600m2 spa is opened right now and waiting for visitors.
The new Vila Vita Spa by Sisley, is located in the existing spa building, is definitely a sanctuary of wellness and tranquillity, and you can feel it as soon as you enter the room. This marks the introduction of this luxury brand for the very first time in Portugal.
This new establishment’s contemporary design is inspired by the region’s caves, having been decorated with mostly natural stone and with the prevailing color palettes of blue and green, colors which were chosen as a way to reflect the nuances of the Atlantic Ocean. By Spring of 2019, it’s been confirmed that there will be three renovated spa suites at Vila Vita Parc, aimed at those who want to book different treatments and private fitness classes.

Aside from comprising 14 elegant treatment rooms (all of which are equipped with the latest in Gharieni brand treatments) this establishment also has as one of its main highlights, a large, well-lit Fitness Studio surrounded by glass walls that provide stunning views of the resort’s luxuriant gardens. In this room, it’s possible to host group or private lessons, among them, suspended yoga, power yoga, chakra meditation, and even the HYPOXI * Studio (an innovative method of body modeling, a practice which is still exclusive in Portugal).
Sisley’s treatments are known for their combinations of an advanced scientific approach with the most exquisite natural products. Amongst those treatments are plant extracts and essential oils selected for their biological properties and according to their affinity with the skin of each individual. Guests are also given a chance of choosing their facials and body treatments from a varied menu bearing many of the Sisley Phyto-Aromatic range and engage in a series of luxurious treatments that can be applied in both face and body. Also, guests at Vila Vita Parc can also make manicures and pedicures from the prestigious British brand Margaret Dabbs.

There are also a series of activities to do outside of the spa of Vila Vita Parc, including lessons, with various swimming pools, tennis and volleyball courts, mini-football, badminton, mini-golf, a driving range, putting green and pitch & putt. Water sports including seagulls, sailing boats, lasers, canoes, water skiing, surfing, bananas, and windsurfing are available at the Art Náutica Beach Club located in Armação de Pêra.
There are also many other options at the beach concession in front of the resort, where guests can paddle board, canoe, scuba diving or boat trips to the nearby caves. You can also find some excellent facilities in Vila Vita Parc for horse riding, windsurfing, walking, and cycling.
When it comes to the gastronomy of Vila Vita Parc, the menu is composed of dishes of organic or whole foods, as well as vegetarian, flex-free and gluten, lactose-free options. These options are available at in the resort’s many restaurants and bars with products coming from the Vila Vita Parc, Herdade dos Grous, in the Alentejo.
