Amels 206, the most awaited vessel in 2020 has officially been launched by Amels and Damen to leave every yachting lover excited for the pre-summer yachting season. This launched followed the successful launch of the first Amels 206 superyacht, a project which was sold to its owner in the third quarter of 2019. Today, Luxury Yachts lets you in on the special features of this amazing superyacht.
Designed by the prestigious Tim Heywood as part of the Amels Limited Editions Range, the 62.5-meter superyacht is dressed in a custom light grey hull and crisp white superstructure. It’s an outstanding vessel that features the most luxurious and exquisite combinations that you absolutely need for a state-of-the-art superyacht.
According to Build Captain Fraser Gow, “Everyone’s done an exceptional job, particularly on the finish which you can really appreciate how she’s outside. We’re all very excited to commence sea trials and commissioning of all her systems ahead of delivery.”
The superyacht’s interior design is the beautiful result of a collaboration between Laura Sessa and the Amels interior design team. In the master suite, the owner will be able to enjoy signature round windows and will be able to be accompanied by up to 11 additional guests. This special vessel displays only the best finishes, as well as a stunning exterior look that perfectly matches the interior.
Other outstanding features include two VIP suites on the bridge deck, a large sundeck complete with Jacuzzi and Teppanyaki grill as well as a garage for up to two eight-meter tenders on the lower deck. It would be the most amazing choice, to sail through international waters, while enjoying dreamy holidays with family and friends.
Besides the amazing launch of the massive superyacht, there are also reports that there are five additional new build projects that will be handed over to their owners before the start of the summer season. We hope to see Amels 206 in life and color over the next months!
