RMK Marine launches a new superyacht: the 55 metres XXL

RMK Marine, alongside Hot Lab Design, launched a new superyacht characterised by 55 metres XXL. This colossal creation envisions the perfect vehicle to explore the seas alongside the best company imaginable.

This 55 metres XXL accommodates 12 guests over a remarkable number of cabins of different sizes. Amongst the main features are the private owner’s suite situated on the upper deck, on the main deck one can find two VIP cabins as well as on the lower deck. A Pullman Berth is personalised on a supplementary twin cabin. The yacht also has a swimming pool and multiple areas to relax and chatter with friends, among many other peculiar characteristics.

In reference to the conception of this unique design, Hot Lab’s Enrico Lumini explained that “The conversation about the 55 metre XXL really started back when Hot Lab Design and RMK Marine were working together on the RMK 5000 model. Many of the exciting and innovative features that we conceived then have been brought into this new concept. You can still see many of our signature details both from designer and yard, however, making an unmistakable mark.” As a compliment to Lumini’s statement, the director of RMK Marine, Ozgur Numan disclosed that “The 55 metre XXL is an exceptional superyacht with design that emphasises all the great attributes of a contemporary explorer yacht. The robust lines are complemented by an efficient and highly seaworthy hull design, as well as vast interior and exterior spaces. This combination results in an extremely elegant explorer superyacht able to take the owners wherever they dream to cruise. With such a reduced delivery time, outstanding considerations of living space and robustly-built platform, the 55 metre XXL is sure to be a success.”

The 55 metres XXL has many features but some of the more thought-provoking are in relation to its velocity. It Features a range of 6,000 nanometres, and a twin MTU 16V 2000 powers this beauty. In terms of cruising speed, it can do 12 knots.
