At this year’s edition of Monaco Yacht Show, the renowned Dutch shipyard, Amels revealed the start of construction on their largest amels superyacht project in volume yet, the 78-meter superyacht designed by Espen Oeino. The magnificent superyacht is expected to commence cruising the seas in 2021.
According to the shipyard, this project will be the largest one when it comes to volume, as said previously, surpassing the following Amels massive and most famed superyachts, the 83-metre superyacht Here Comes the Sun, the 74-meter Plvs Vitra, and the 68.5m Lady S. The exterior of this project was conceived in collaboration with the owner by Oeino, while Amels’ Full Custom team is in charge of developing the naval architecture and engineering.

“This is a particularly significant contract for Amels and a great compliment for our Full Custom team,” disclosed Rose Damen, Amels Commercial Director. “All of us at Amels are looking forward to working with the owner’s team and the yacht’s designers to create this beautiful new custom yacht with the absolute highest quality that Amels is renowned for.”
The owner has selected Zuretti Interior Designers to work on the interiors by creating luxurious and custom guest spaces on board. “We are very proud of the trust that the owner and AMELS shipyard have placed in us when selecting our design studio to take part in this project.
