This year is yet another promising one for the yachting community! We bring you some upcoming new yachts that you definitely have to keep an eye on during this year.
Project Boreas
After being sold in 2017 this yacht seems good on its way to being completed in July. The exterior of this vessel is a strong reminder of her predecessor, Home, being set to be finished in a metallic grey tone.
Project Ragnar
Previously known as Sanaborg, this vessel is set to be given a new life as a luxury explorer. When this project is finished during this year she will boast an Ice Class A1 hull which will make the exploration on this ship easier.
Project Virtus
This project is allegedly finished and is now awaiting its delivery which will be happening in the middle of this year. When this vessel is launched she’ll become Mengi Yay‘s second-largest motor yacht (the first one being Aquarius). This yacht will feature interior and exterior design features from interior design from BTA Design and VYD Studio.
Project Fiji
The conclusion of project Fiji has long been awaited since the ship was 2015 and launched in October 2017. She’s set to be delivered to her American owner this year. The vessel will be featuring exterior design by Harrison Eidsgaard and modern interior design by Laura Sessa Design.
Artefact
This 80-meter yacht is currently being built from steel and GRP. This vessel from Nobiskrug is designed by Gregory C Marshall and the most appealing feature in that regard is her impressive central section of glasswork (with a total of 223 pieces of glass). For now, she’s all set for completion during this year.
