Monte Carlo Yachts recently launched a new generation of vessels at the boat show Boot Düsseldorf. The company has the intention of introducing a trio of cruisers this year, and the MCY 70 was the first of the list.
The MCY 70 motor yacht was designed by Nuvolari Lenard representing an evolution of the current 70-footer. In this case, it’s clear that the designers exceeded themselves and presented a product with linear structures, bright decor, geometric patterns, and lacquered woods on the floors.

The flybridge of this vessel is one of the largest of this class of ships. This part of the vessel comes complete with a carbon-fiber hardtop, an outdoor galley and wet bar, and a large seating area with a teak dropdown table. The flexibility of the upper helm is remarkable, seen as it has a reversible backrest that can either allow the driver to have more space sitting down, or it can slide forward, allowing the person to join the guests outside for dinner.
The aft side of the ship is opened to allow space for the sunbeds. At the foredeck, there are large sofas that turn this area into a wonderful space for social events.
Entering inside we can see that the main saloon is displayed as an open-plan space complete with a dining table and a sit-down bar. Not to mention the windows surrounding both sides of the room that allows for some wonderful panoramic views.
