Van der Valk shipyard located in the Netherlands has recently built a new ship guaranteed to bring some smiles to the faces of yacht aficionados. Why? Because the yacht named JOY boasts a stunning and timeless design outside, matched by an interior equally appealing.

JOY by Van der Valk right now is the tenth unit of the brand’s 23-meters flybridge motor yacht. This is a vessel that was built for an experienced owner guaranteed to provide the essential comforts that the owner may need. She already has the luck and privilege of coming with a RINA certification, meaning that the ship meets high standards of safety due to the fact that it’s equipped with the latest navigation technology. Not only that, but it’s also a yacht that will provide the best comfort for the owner and guests.

The overall length of the JOY yacht is 24.75 meters, with a 5.60-meter beam and 1.70-meter draft. Not to mention the fact that this yacht by Van der Valk is able to reach a top speed of 24 knots helped by the triple Volvo Penta IPS 800, each outputting 600 hp.

One of the most notable technical features Van der Valk’s yacht is the fact that it’s equipped with a gyro stabilizer which works both underway and at anchor.

The vessel’s interior design was imagined by Guido de Groot. For the interior materials used to decorate this luxury yacht by Van der Valk, the design company used materials such as Pennsylvania Walnut and Zebrano in either the floorings and other relevant furniture pieces placed around the divisions of the yacht. The photos speak volumes about the comfort one can find inside of the vessel.

On the lower deck of the yacht by Van der Valk, you will be able to find a full-beam master suite in the middle, and in the bow, you can find the ships’ with a VIP cabin. For the guests, there’s also one single and one double cabin. All of these rooms, aside from being very well illuminated they are decorated with several accessories including pillows with the word “JOY” fabricated on them.
