Since 1977, the Cannes Yachting Festival takes place every September in elegant, luxurious surroundings in the sparkling bay of Cannes. From 12-17 September, the 40th celebration of Europe’s leading-in water boating Event was a major success and delighted all lovers of the industry. Between the wharves and docks, the stunning event brings together individuals whose passion for this world is unmeasurable in a one-of-a-kind experience.

Today, Luxury Yachts will show a series of iconic photographs from the six days of the festival. Over 600 vessels were showcased in or out of the water but always in an elegant seating, from luxury yachts to sailing yachts as well as motor boats. Here are the best highlights of the 40th edition of the grand Cannes Yachting Festival.

Visitors also had the distinguished pleasure of seeing a Royal Air Force show courtesy of Sunseeker. In addition, the exceptional parade Concours d’Elegance was another massive heavy hitter, celebrating vintage and modern day boats and paying tribute to the rich history of yachting in the heart of the French Riviera. And finally, the Luxury Gallery charmed guests with the best products from a wide variety of sectors, from watchmaking to jewelry, to fashion, to decoration, to high-tech, to art, and much more.
